What is needed to install AU9 SL5 SWM to HR21-700?

I just bought an AU9 SL5 SWM and just found out that I need a PI-21 inserter.

Can you tell me what else I need to connect this dish to an HR21-700? Do I need a splitter? I have a dual receiver. How do I connect one cable from the pi-21 to the hr21-700?

Is there anything else?

If only one dual rcvr, 1 cable from dish to pi-21. 1 cable from pi-21 to swm port on rcvr usually port 1 but it is marked swm or ftm.
