For this M-2 Motorized DYNAMIC Satellite Choice Set (http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Order/Sate...ed-Systems.htm)
1. can I upgrade the dish to 100cm dish (http://sadoun.com/Sat/Order/Dishes/F...llite-dish.htm)? total cost please;
2. If I upgrade the dish to 120cm dish, I also need to upgrade the motor?
3. The discount should apply to the upgrade parts as well, am I right? But it looks like not.
Your shopping cart is NOT clear enough and I am worry about sending me two dishes if I select upgrade or other related parts do not being upgraded.

Yes, you can. We will be getting the 100cm in a few days. We are currently out of stock. Upgrade cost is +$44 for the dish and an extra $40 S/H
2. If I upgrade the dish to 120cm dish, I also need to upgrade the motor?
Yes, you will need the DG380 motor instead. S/H will be much higher with the 120cm dish. You are looking at around $135 for S/H
3. The discount should apply to the upgrade parts as well, am I right? But it looks like not.
Yes, you will get 5% discount on all upgrades.
Your shopping cart is NOT clear enough and I am worry about sending me two dishes if I select upgrade or other related parts do not being upgraded.
Best to call us if you need to do a lot of upgrades and modifications.

Anything else I need to prepare here? I will install it on my back yard. I saw your video that the dish was attached on a metal pipe which was put into the ground. I may do the same thing. Do I need to prepare that metal pipe? If yes, how long, what's it made from and what's the size of it? (a link will be better.)

So the total price will add another $130 (Dish) + $135 (S/H) = $265? or just add another $135 (Dish + S/H).
BTW, what is the S/H stand for?

Location of the dish is critical. You can set up the dish temporarily using the mount that comes with the dish. Once you have established that is a good site, then you can proceed with putting in a pole. I would recommend a 6 foot steel pole, 6 bags of quick cement. First, dig a 3 foot hole. At the end of your pole drill a couple of holes and put a nail/screw across it, this will make the post sit still so that it cannot rotate once the cement has set. Have your inclinometer ready. Mix cement with water and pour it around the post, you can make your cement go further if you add a few rocks. Before the cement sets, use your inclinometer to make sure your pole is plumb straight, best to check it at several different angles. After 24 hours, you will be ready to mount your dish. All these supplies can be brought at Lowes or Home Depot. For your outside cable from the dish to the house, I would recommend that you buy the one with built in ground wire and ground the dish to the post. One lightenling strike even close to your dish can blow your entire entertainment set.
I would suggest you go with a 90 cm dish if you are just starting out. You will receive the chinese channels fine. The 120 dish is tricky to mount onto the moter since there is no through screw like the smaller dishes. The 120 dish is quite heavy and sometimes the motor has trouble moving it back to center when it is at the end of the arc.
