IA5) pink means the channel is encrypted. I suppose that you ordered a 30 inch or larger dish/KU lnb with your pansat receiver. Therefore, you'll be able to receive signals from KU satellites, dor dbs you'll need Dishnet,
DTV or BEV lnbs. C-band needs a dish of at least 6 feet.
