Powertech mounting bracket

Location is Darwin NT Australia 12 degrees South and need to set elevation angle of 78 degrees. The bracket does not allow me to go past about 72/73. There is not enough meat on the bracket to increase cut out for pivoting. Its a Powertech DG-240

Was informed that it should have come with 2 brackets???

Can any one advise please

Since you are south of the equator you may need to use the elevation scale not he latitude scale on the bracket. For help with that try this link Satellite dish polar mount set up near the equator
