Better mounting hardware

I am looking for improved mounting hardware for the Fortec Star 80cm dish and the Sadoun DG280 motor.
  • Specifically, while the DG280 mounting bracket is very stable, it is not capable of azimuth adjustment nor does it provide a nice large unambiguous azimuth scale. It is not possible to adjust the azimuth while the bracket nuts are tight. To adjust the azimuth, the bracket nuts must be loosened just enough to rotate the bracket around the mounting pole. However, as soon as the nuts loosen, even just a little, the dish droops and looses signal. I was hoping to find a mounting bracket with ball or roller bearing support to permit azimuth adjustment without dish droop. Once found, tighten a locking bolt(s) to hold the position.
  • A much stronger declination adjustment bracket to connect the dish to the DG280 motor.
    • The bracket needs much stronger construction to provide stability while the wind is blowing.
    • An easy to read scale to permit accurate declination setting.
  • The above becomes even more critical if the dish distortion or LNB alignment points to a direction different then expected.
Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated.
