2nd reciever question

here is my story

I have 2 humax boxes, one of them is hooked up straight to Nilesat Dish, the other one is hooked up to the first humax box through LNB OUT extension.

the problem is, that the 2nd Humax Box only shows Nilesat Vertical Channels, and keeps giving me "No Signal" for Horizontal Channels.

any clue?

I think you have to control polarity with the first box.

The first receiver controls the data flow. So if you have receiver 1 on a V channel receiver 2 will only see V channels. Change receiver 1 to a H channel and receiver 2 will see H channels. I do not know if a dual output lnbf would allow you to view independantly or not. Receiver 2 would then be hooked directly to the lnbf.

Loop trough always means receiver 1 is MASTER, the other SLAVE!!
