4 X Diseqc switch
I have a 4 X Diseqc switch connected to four Dishes with single LNB,s ,linked up to one receiver.
Is it possible to link up my 3 other receivers through a multiswitch with the above ,to enable me to view programmes from the four dishes independently.

programming the receiver...?
Ok, you make it look too easy... sending them to the diagram. Isn't there some complicated setting up to do in the receivers as well to define each of the 4 LNBs to use?

nothing special to set up in the receiver except for what port in the disqec switch each lnb and dish is on. as Maud'Dib said you will need a dual output lnbf on each dish to make it work.

receiver?
OK Rainman, how do I set up my receiver for linear and circular? My receiver has, say two 110 satellites set up, one for Ku and the other for C-band. I have that linear and circular quad LNB by Invacom and a switch. In the receiver set up I either set it to the linear or the circular, but what if I want to access both? Do I duplicate that satellite in the receiver and then make a new set up?
Archibald, How did your set up go? Is everything working the way you intended?
Thanks

check with lyngsat to see what sats are circular they will be listed as L,R instead of V,H. on polarity set one port for linear the other port for circular. sats.they don't do both linear and circular on same sat so you use the circular port for circular sats and linear for linear sats hope this helps.
