This is odd???

Everytime I turn on my viewsat ultra my dish moves 20 degrees east.. I can't figure this out. I've changed cables and it does the same thing, I've reset the motor, no help. I'm at the point of reset my VS Ultra to the factory defaults to see if that fixes it. Is it the motor, my cable connections were loose and I tightened them best I could...
