No Signal - Michigan

I bought a 76cm Winegard DS2076 Dish with Viewsat Ultra V2 receiver, Digipower SG-2100 Motor, QPH031 Quad LNB

Due to the extremely cold weather I have it temporarly sitting on a 4ft tripod. I put the dish elavation at 23.6 (30 -6.6) and the motor at 43 and I can't find a signal.

To me the dish doesn't appear to have enough elevation to see a satellite if I flew right in front of it, but those are the settings I find everywhere for my set up accord to my location. Everything is plumb...

I have a meter no still no luck... I would appreciate any help

just use the 23.6 as a starting point if you can't find your true south sat at that angle try adjusting it up or down by 1 degree at a time then check east and west again you will find it.

Thanks. I can only adjust it so far, the bolts on the LNB shaft hit the SG2100 motor horn. I may have to go to a different motor. I'm going to take the motor off and see if I can find it that way and then make adjustments accordingly to the motor setup. I don't think the 2100 motor and Winegard dish are a great setup unless you can connect them differently.
