Direct TV Dish question

I have a Satellite tuner card in my computer. I have not bought a dish yet. I plan on getting a motorized system. But right now I have a question about the direct tv dish. The people that used to live where I am now left a direct tv dish here. Is it possible to readjust it and get FTA satellites until I get a system from Sadoun. If it is possible can you explain what kind of adjustment I need to make?

Now on to another question. What all I need to get when I order a motorized system. I don't need a reciever, That I have already. I am looking to go as cheap as possible.

You can point the direct dish at one of the echo birds and get the few fta channels there not many to choose from think NASA is on one of the birds and some info channels. as far as a dish and motor for true fta would recommend the Fortec 90cm dish and the DG 240 motor makes a real nice combo.
