Angry DG240 Mount

I have a simple question about the DG240 Mount. If I connect it with Receiver with its switch ON, should the motor in DG240 move east or west after I push either button on the bottom of the Mount? In my case, it did not move at all. Following the instruction on manual, I couldn't tighten the screw on side because it is already tight. Thanks.

Seems like it might also depend upon whether the receiver was on a sat programmed with the LNBF voltage turned on too. Ie I can't remember what state new receivers come in before satellites are programmed in. Ie seems like there's a good chance that the LNB voltage might not be on.
Just a thought.

Unhappy

Thank all for your replies. I will try to hook up with LNBF and receiver together this weekend to see if it will work.

Smile Dg240

Thank you Bill and Rainman. First time when I conncect DG240 to the receiver and I saw the Positioner was OFF. After I change it to USALS, the motor in DG240 was automatically moved. Now everything is fine.
