Problem with Sadoun LNBF

I purchased a T55P with was to be a total of 5 DSL2R Order ID : 10679755. The 3 additional with the antenna and then 2 more I ordered separately. I never received all 5 after calling a second time, but that is not my biggest problem. All of the LNBF have a problem with the second port. I just tried to use the port and either they show a short or when hooked up take out the first port. In talking with Wave Frontier Co <support@wavefrontier.us> there has been reported a problem with the LNBF that you produce. My question is how do I get this resolved.

Dear rnewell

I haven't heard of a problem with this LNBF. However, go ahead and return them to us and we will check them and replace them . Right now we are out of stock on this model but we will be getting new stock in a few weeks.
