Yeah I will look into getting a small tv. I used to have one and I did use it a few times for when I was first installing Dish Network several years ago. I look back on those days and laugh. I can hit those birds with my eyes closed now. Oh I do have a small 2" handheld tv, but it doesn't have inputs just an antenna.

Last night I tried to bring the elevation up a degree and the signal weakened or was lost. I then tried going down a degree and I get the same results. I noticed in the receiver settings for the motor, if I change the satellite degree to plus .3 or .5 the signal gets better. So instead of 97.0 I would make it 97.3 or 97.5. But I didn't have to do that before, it was on 97.0 and I had steady 66 on the TP's I listed until the other day. Now I have to add .3 or so.
sounds like your dish mount has moved a little on the pole. set it to 97 w then move the whole mount a little on the pole and see what happens.

I have a question about 99w Galaxy 16. There are music channels on that satellite. Should I be able to get those, or do I need a Digichiper 2 capable receiver even though they are listed as free?

You would need a DC-2 receiver for those.I can get those with a dsr410 DC-2 receiver.
