what kit to buy and other stuff!

Hi I have been reading a lot, but I am still confused. I don't know anything about anything so I need some help with information on what kit(s) I need to buy from Sadoun's.

My brother sent me 2 receivers and a satellite finder kit.

Fortec FSIR 5400

Coolsat 8000

Now he told me I need to buy at least a 90cm motorized offset dish. Now I see different kits so I am a little confused on which one I need or if I need (2). I live on a very small island off the Massachusetts coast, so don't have any visual interference or other things that will cause me any line sight problems. So what kit or kit(s) do I need. My home setup has 2 televisions that I want to hook up to the dish or dishes. One just for standard tv, the other using the Coolsat for HD content. So could someone give a idea on what exactly I need.

1. What kit or kits do I need? (motorized dish)
2. What type of cables and mounts do I need? (dish or dishes will be put on flat roof)
3. Do I need any multi switches?
4. Do I need a Dual or Quad LNBF?
5. Will a 90cm dish be big enough?

Thanks for looking and for helping me figure out what I need!

John

What HD content were you planning to watch with the 8000? Reason I ask, is that most of the HD is on C-band, (ie need bigger dish, different feed), although the PBS-HD is on Ku. I'm watching it right now, and it is STUNNING! (Finally got an HDTV last week, and have spent a lot of time on the PBS channel.)

Also, are you planning to watch different programming from different satellites on the two TVs at the same time? Ie may be no need to run 2 receivers, or if you do run 2 receivers, may be able to just slave one of them.

90 CM is fine for KU. But I think you need to decide exactly what you expect to watch before making a decision.
