			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I followed the instructions given by the Sadoun site up to the seventh where it says &quot;click the open button&quot;.  There is no open button from the menu.  Beside the satloader when I open it it is called satmeter. Don't know why.<br />

<font face="Verdana"><font size="2">3- Download the datafile version you want to load into the meter and save it on your desktop or folder on your C drive.</font></font> <div align="left"><font face="Verdana"><font size="2">4- Open Satloader program, and if you are using it for the first time, set it to use the correct serial port using the utilities menu.</font></font></div><br />
<font face="Verdana"><font size="2">5- Click on UTILITIES/Download and navigate to the datafile you just downloaded and select it. </font></font><br />
<font face="Verdana"><font size="2">6- Turn the meter <font color="#ff0000">ON</font>. Wait a couple of seconds until the meter go through the startup sequence and initializes.</font></font> <div align="left"><font face="Verdana"><font size="2">7- Click the Open button on the screen menu. The upload to your meter will begin straight away. The progress bar will show you the upload taking place.</font></font></div></div>
