It's fairly weak when using USALS on Galaxy 17, but if I rotate the dish on the mast ever so slightly, it comes in fine, but the channels I know that are on Galaxy 17 disappear. Scanning in Galaxy 28 shows nothing...the tp is 3928/V/????? (the Geosat doesn't show you a symbol rate). Does anyone know what this is?
