Is there any polish tv out there and tv polonia in particular that is fta???

TV Polnia is by subscription only. Get a Globecast system and subscribe.

The only free TV in Polish I am aware of is TRWAM Catholic station on AMC4 at 101W, accompanied by "Radio Maryja".
There could be other satellite radio channels, too, somewhere

You can get 2 free Polish radio channels on Galaxy25. All Polish TV channels are scrambled on this satellite.

There is a great polish package on Galaxy 25, but by subscription only. There are also great channels on Dishnet, but again, subscription. Other services, such as IGOCOLO, have a large amount of Polish channels - around 12. But you have to watch on your computer. You rent a satellite reciever connected to Hotbird in Europe, and get access through the computer.
