What would the minimum a person must pay to get DishNetwork service and get an international package. I understand that the person needs to pay the price of the international package (let's say $24.99 for a russian package.)

you don't have to get nothing else.. just the international package you want with Dishnetwork...

But then there is a 5 dollars additional fee...

If you choose some minimum package from Dishnetwork (not sure which one now .. Maybe AT 60 package.. ) - then you don't have to pay 5 dollars fee.. - just the internatinal package fee.. plus AT 60 cost (or whatever the package is)

It is the same German TV that was on IA5. They are transitioning off of there. In addition to that, DISH also carries ProSieben, for a total of 2 channels. It's a pretty good deal.

German TV is leaving Globecast by end of June or July 2005. It's either security wise (International channels on Dish are already Nagra2) or they knew Pro7 is coming to Dish and they wanted to be in the same package.
I'd say both
