Is this still correct? I am hoping to buy a FTA system so that my mother in law can view at least one Russian channel. There is a new post that says that no Russian channels are available at FTA.

Lyngsat shows they are not there, but i recall seeing elsewhere else recently that they were still there...

So not sure..

In any case not everyone can get that 37.5 W .. .anyhow....

I've scanned T11 few times and used to get 2-3 Russian channels (always a jumpy signal though because of T11's 0.9 inclanation). Last 2 times I scanned it (most recently 2 weeks ago), it was completely empty.
