I came across this channel some time ago on Echo3??? (61.5W) on my receiver. The freq is 12414H20000. VPID 5666, APID 5669, PPID 5666. The video portion is scrambled, but the audio is clear. The audio gives two options "english" and "san" (I don't know this language); if anyone can understand this, let me know

As far as I can tell, it is all a news channel similar to CNN, and I listen to it like a radio occasionally. Surprisingly, I detect no political bias. Hopefully, someone might find this useful.

On DISH Network they are:

EuroNews (English/French/German) EURNS 784 2 118

Euronews (English/Portuguese/Italian) EURNS 900 14 61.5
Euronews (English/Portuguese/Italian) EURNS 900 7 148
Euronews (Russian/English) EURNS 901 14 61.5
Euronews (Russian/English) EURNS 901 7 148

So if the one you saw was 61.5 ..and ONLY with 2 "audio(s)" .. then it probably was ch 901 (SID 901) .. with English and Russian on it...
