T90 antenna
Has anyone experience with the T90 and Dishnetwork?
I'm curious if rain fade is less of a problem with a large antenna.

I was using it for 110 & 119 and now just 110 (have a 18" dish for 119) and yesterday we had downpours and the signal stayed strong on the T90. 119 went out right away but 110 kept trucking along
The T90 is 42x40 so you could use it for Dish Network subscription (Thats what mine is partially up for) and it shuld help. Since the dish is bigger, that helps combat rain fade

Thanks, Iceberg, I found your review and it explains much. IA5 and G10. Cool.
I am curious where the switches for an existing Dish 500 are; there's coax from the LNBFs to the receivers, no external switches.

You need to use special LNB's for any circular LNB (Dish Network, DirecTv, ExpressVu) because the poarity would be wrong. I have 2 LNB's (110, 119) going into a SW21 switch to the receiver.
The LNB's are Legacy so depending on how many receivers you have, there may be an issue with hookups. I only have one so it was easy
My original T90 setup was 85, 89, 93, 97, 101, 103, 107, 110, 119, 123 but G10 was iffy so I moved it west and now I have
72, 74, 79, 85, 89, 93, 97, 103, 107, 110 (107 is for my StarChoice sub). 119 is on a 18" dish next to that and 123 is on my Motorized dish

chill. Since he said Dish Network, one is to assume he has 110 & 119 for sure. Now if he has 61.5 in the mix, then there is an issue but that can stay on a separate dish

Ok for those of you who do not know there is a secret sat called O31 or more commonly known as the Witch Sat. It only operates one day a year and that is October 31 which is how I think it got it's name. This sat casts spells on all who use their dishes on this very special Witching Day. This is why it is so important to practice safe sat usage and always, & I mean always use protection. A feedhorn cover. I have both of my large dishes protected but the 90cm will be disconnected starting Oct 30 and not reconnected until Nov 1 just to be on the safe side.
Just glad to be of help in this very confusing topic.

I really don't know what this guys problem is if he would have read my original post he would have seen that I was replying to the first poster and not to hlm. but to attack a moderator is not very smart.
