Problem with Even TP's on 121 W

I just had Dish installed 1 week ago, everything worked fine until about three days ago when the channels 725 and 726 started droppng out. When I ran switch test it failed and with LNB 3 being X'd out. If use the point dish screen with Sat 121 it appears the odd transponders are ok however on the even ones it comes up with wrong sat error and appears to be picking up 110 W. The installation is a Super Dish with a DPP 44 switch. Dish is dispatching next Thursday however I'm curious if this a symptom of a bad LNB or switch.

Thanks

run cable straight from LNB to receiver, eliminating DP44 for a while, then do "check switch", you will see, is it LNB or not.
