Hello guys and girls anyone know were to get a blue card i just got a old 3800 and would like to see if it work thanks for any reply

blue cards are a thing of the past. They don't work for Dish Programming. The only thing they are good for is to get the "please insert your smart card" screen off the screen.

You would need to upgrade to the new card.
