need help with setting up two viewsats with dish pro lnbs

I am having problems getting signal when running one cable straight to DISHPRO LNB'S to receiver. I HAVE OCS DP SETTING ,22KHZ OFF, 119 ON PORT 1 and OCS DP SETTING, 22KHZ OFF, 110 ON PORT 2. I still can not get a signal on 110. I have heard of many people being able to get this configuration to work but i can not. Anyone have an idea of what i am doing wrong or something i might be missing?
