Customer Promotions
• Enhanced $100 Back Offer – New Customers – Effective July 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007 – Our $100 Back offer has been so successful that we are continuing it so more new customers may benefit! What’s more, effective July 1, 2006, qualifying programming will include additional entertainment packages!
o Effective July 1, 2006, $100 Back offer qualifying programming will include:
- AT60 or higher (activated under all DHA promotional programs or the Alaska/Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands promotional program).
- DishLATINO or higher (activated under all DHA promotional programs or the Alaska/Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands promotional program).
- Single International programming packages of $29.98/mo. or higher (activated when customer provides valid SSN, under the International with SSN, FFA, and No Promo offers).
o New subscribers also need to submit a completed redemption form in order to receive monthly credits of $10.00 for 10 consecutive months.

• New $100 HD Bonus Offer – New and Existing Customers – Effective June 9, 2006 through January 31, 2007
o The $100 HD Bonus will offer new and existing subscribers 10 consecutive monthly credits of $10.00.
o For new customers, this may be used in conjunction with the $100 Back offer, so new customers may be eligible for two $10 monthly credits for 10 consecutive months – one for the $100 Back offer, and one for the $100 HD Bonus offer.
o Existing customers are eligible to upgrade to qualifying HD programming so that they may be eligible to participate in the $100 HD Bonus offer.
o Qualifying HD programming for both new and existing customers under this offer consists of DishHD Bronze or higher.
o New and existing subscribers need to submit a completed redemption form.

• WildBlue – We are excited to announce that DISH Network will be able to offer customers a high-speed Internet solution through a partnership with WildBlue Communications Inc. by this Fall 2006.
o Customers will be able to have access speeds up to 30 times faster than dial-up.

· • New Dish Antenna Antenna – DISH 500+ is a Fixed Service Satellite (FSS) dish antenna which is smaller than a SuperDISH antenna and is designed to view orbital locations 110°, 118.7° and 119° from a single antenna. - The 118.7° (EchoStar’s new FSS) and 119° slots are viewed from a single LNBF. The DBS transponders and the FSS transponders use circular polarizations. The DISH 500+ uses a DISH Pro 34 or DISH Pro Plus 44 Switch.

DISH 1000+ Dish Antenna – This adds a DP Dual in order to receive programming content from the 129° orbital location. DISH 1000+ allows up to four orbital locations – 110°, 118.7°, 119° as well as 129° – to be viewed from a single dish antenna. Again, the 118.7° (EchoStar’s new Fixed Service Satellite) and 119° slots are viewed from a single LNBF. This configuration requires a DISH Pro Plus 44 to be installed.
