I would say yes (3-5% improvement).

I notice a lot of companies claiming that the LNBF is that good like the Incacom linear/circular 0.3dB and is a joke. It's a waste of my money. The one on your website; how good is it and what is the feedback from customer?

I will get one once I know it is performing well.

The NF is not the only quality metric you should use to judge the performance of an LNBF. Local Oscilator frequency stability is just as important.
