I was just wondering since I had cancelled my dish networks account for a while now and would like to have to get an FTA installation, can anyone tell me what parts could be salvaged here so I dont have to buy extra equip. (receiver, dish, LNB...ect)

Unfortunately the only thing you could use is the coax cable from the dish site into the FTA receiver. Your DishNetwork receiver, dish and LNBs are all no good for FTA satellites. You will need at least a 30" dish and linear LNB (and perhaps a motor) and a different receiver. Sadoun carries all this stuff.
