FTA receiver with dual tuner dishnetwork receiver

On a setting of Fortec star fta receiver setting on top of dishnetwork dual tuner receiver. Dual tuner receiver is feeding another TV on channel 74(no receiver). Now if FTA receiver is to be connected to the dual tuner receiver via Antenna in (tv out to Antenna in) would the person in that room be able to see FTA on that TV if switched off dishnetwork recveiver and went to channel (3)?

If that's not possible. What could be done to get the fta showing on that TV if there is only one cable going to that room (Used by dual tuner receiver)?

Thank you
