For 105 you'll need the whole Superdish I think. even if you mounted an LNB to the side of a 500 dish, the dish area is too small for that spread and 105 is at a lower power.
Afraid not. 105 (as well as 121) were originally FSS sats, so don't have the same power as the big 110 and 119 birds. Hence the need for a larger dish. I wish it wasn't the case, i would like 121 programming but the geometry of my balcony wont accomodate a superdish. it would be much easier if i could use something smaller.
remember that 119 and 110 signals are circular signals, the 105,121 are different kind of lnbf which are straight signals. All can be found at dishnetwork.com under troubleshooting then tech portal.
