I have standard LNB, Can i put my dish on 119W ?

No, it won't work. You need a circular LNB.

While Bobcat is right in general, you will be able to tune in a few stations if you are lucky. I have been able to tune in NASA-TV and a few music channels with a standard linear LNB. The linear lnb will receive the circular signals ok, although with reduced signal strength, but the big problem is that you'll get interferrence from nearby signals of opposite polarity. Some people have posted that it helps to play with the linear polarity skew a bit to improve reception.
It can work, but it is far from ideal, and only works for some of the signals.

Thanks for the iformation, my question : i will put my dish on HH90 motor, if i put the cicular LNB i'll still able to see all the satellite like 97W, 121W 119W and the ones in between?

No. With a standard linear LNB, you can tune up above the standard 11700-12200 band into the DBS 12200-12700 band, however with a circular DBS lnbf, you cannot tune down into the linear band. It's not so much a problem of the lnbf, but the receivers won't let you tune down there.
You can put both a linear and circular lnbf on the same dish though.
I've done this on my big dish, and I know other people have done it with 1 meter dishes.
