installing D500 duel pointing at 129

i installed a older dish 500 duel and i got it pointing at 129 for voom , i hooked it alone to my 811 rec. works fine i get the voom channel,

now i want to hook back up my new dish 500 twin which is pointed at 110/119

so i hooked the twin single cable from dish to a SW21 switch on sat1, and hooked the duel dish pointing at 129 to sat 2 on the SW21 switch,

i do a switch check , and it shows : installed switch model: SW21 3-SAT
input: 1 1 1 1 2 2
satelite: 119 119 110 110 x x
polarity: odd even odd even x x

satellite reception verified

i get all the channels on 110/119 just fine butt no 129 ](*,)

is the duel dish incapatable with the twin ? are do i need a diffrent switch? what can i do to get this to work so my 811 can see 129 ?

If you have a new dish 500, then it's possible that you have DP twin lnb which has a switch inside it. DP switch will not work with Legacy (SW21) switch in the same setup.

I agree you more than likely you are using incompatible equipment....if your twin is DP then your duel and 21 must be DP also. Or if your twin is Legacy then your 21 and duel must be legacy. When you mix DP and Legacy Lnb's you will get errors like the one you described
