can I use TERK BDD-32 on a dish Network DISHPRO plus twin?

I have several of these and would like to use just one of the inputs to the BDD-32 for the combined signal from my Dish 500 and Dish 300, and one of the other inputs for OTA antenna.

I don't know if the diplexer is picky about the signals it is receiving from the satellites...!
