I'm a tech in SE MI. up here standard programming comes in on 110/119 and foreign programming comes in on 61.5 ( 210-240 and 150 , southwest and southeast) however, if you're getting locals, there's one channel, a public access station from ann arbor, that you must carry and it comes in on 61.5.
as i understand it up here a
dish 1000 is going to pick up 110/119/129, and they're moving everything from 61.5 to the 129 to eliminate the second dish. that's just what i've heard, nothing official of course.
i'll miss putting in must carryies tho. quick 20$ per job and it's easy as pie now that you don't need any switches what with DP+'s and all.
