what do i need .....

hey guys
i have a 500 dish on 110 and 119.....and i d like to add an other satellite to those two (121) do i need just an 18 inch dish with and lnbf or bigger ( am in ohio) and i do add it what kind ok switch do i need to manage thos 3 sat...
and how hard it is to be install ... already install my fta with no probleme \
