Flex TV Question

Hi - I am looking to buy satellite TV, and the Flex TV option seems to be a good one. I would like to self install everything, and this appears like one way that I could do it. A couple questions, mainly about pricing. First, my setup. I only want to get one receiver to receive HD programming on a single TV.

Is this accurate:
$149.00 Activation Fee
$75.00 for HD Solo ViP 211/ViP 211k/411 receiver
$25.00 for Self Installation Kit

Then, what is the cost for the actual dish itself? I am looking at FlexTV by Dish Network and don't see any listing price for the actual dish, and on the Flex TV page, FLEXTV Prepaid Dish Network satellite system, it doesn't list anything about the dishes.

Is there anything else I am missing other than the programming options? Would the only additional cost be the physical satellite dish itself?
