If I wanted to get a 222HD receiver and as the primary receiver, plus 2 more 301/311's what would it cost?
Activation fee $149 + $125 upgrade, plus $99 for each single 301/311? If I subscribe to dish's silver plan which is $52.99 + $5 for local channels, would there be any other monthly charges for the 3 receivers?
