Can't find 110W

Just put up a new Dish 500 antenna w/DPP twin lnb. One cable from lnb to DPP separator and into a DPP 322 dual tuner receiver. I need to use sats 110 and 119. I have a strong signal from sat 119. However when I select sat 110 the signal bar still shows a good signal but turns red in color with a message that says wrong satellite... 129W. When I do a check switch, sure nuff, I get sat 129 and sat 119.

Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

Thanks

It's right here!

I think you need to adjust your dish down and to the left (when looking at it from behind) just a little bit.

dish500

I have discovered that the 118, 119, and 129 are on port 1 while the 110 is on port 2. I have also found that port 1 is plugged into the receiver while port 2 dangles in the wind (it is not connected to anything). No one seems to want to tell me any other information.

The reason for this is most of us just don't know.
There are very few here that use Dish Network.
Most are "true FTA" folks, we know of satellite arcs, LNBFs, DISEQC switches and whats on a lot of the satellites along the arc.

There's only a couple guys that come in (infrequently, too) that know about fixed Dishnetwork setups - and their multilnb dishes and multiport switches. You'll have to be a bit patient here to wait for someone that can answer your questions - or search boards that cater more specifically to setting up dish network stuff.
