DISH Network is introducing DHA TOO, an exciting new customer promotion for customers who may not have previously qualified for DHA/DHA-24. New DHA TOO customers are able to activate DISH
Network services with low upfront costs and leased equipment, and will receive Dish Home Protection Plan (DHPP) for free for 9 months without the need of a credit card or high credit score!

The Solo (301/311/381) and Duo (322) model receivers do not require a Receiver Upgrade Fee when they are the primary receiver on a customer account! Other upgraded model receivers require the Receiver Upgrade
Fee.

Qualified Programming
Customers will be required to maintain one of the following qualified programming packages at all times when participating in the DHA TOO new customer promotional offer:

Requirements and Cancellation Fees

• Only available to new, first time or qualified former DISH Network subscribers
• Valid SSN (all 9 digits or last 4 digits are both acceptable) or valid ITIN (all 9 digits required)
• Qualifying credit score
• 24-month term agreement
• Early termination fee of $300 will be pro-rated at $12.50/months remaining in the commitment period
• All services must be paid for prior to account installation and activation

Eastern Arc
Customers in an Eastern Arc DMA who want to sign up for DHA TOO will be required to pay the upgrade charges for MPEG-4 equipment if they are subscribing to HD programming. However, if a customer does not want to subscribe to HD programming they may be set up with MPEG-2 equipment and a Western Arc configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the customer’s SSN or ITIN used for verification purposes only?
A: No. The SSN or ITIN will be used to run a credit check for the customer and the customer must meet minimum qualification standards in order to participate in the DHA TOO promotional offer.

Q: Is the customer required to pay all Lease Upgrade Fees to retailer prior to installation and activation of the account?
A: Yes. All Lease Upgrade Fees will be collected by the Retailer prior to activation. The customer is required to pay all programming, taxes, and applicable fees (TV2 Receiver Connection Fee, DVR Fee, etc.) to DISH prior to the activation of the account.

Q: My customer is located in an Eastern Arc DMA. Will they be required to activate all MPEG-4 equipment if they do not subscribe HD programming?
A: No. Customers participating in the DHA TOO promotional offer will not be considered Eastern Arc unless they subscribe to an HD programming package at the time they are activated with DISH Network service.

Q: Can DHA TOO customers participate in the ClubDISH program?
A: Yes. Both new and existing DHA TOO customers may receive all of the benefits of the ClubDISH program.

Q: Is the $99 Activation Fee always charged to customers activating with the DHA TOO promotional offer?
A: Yes. DHA TOO requires the $99 Activation Fee for all customers who qualify for the promotion.

Q: What will my customer need to pay prior to activation if they qualify for DHA TOO and want a 625/322 equipment configuration with the Classic Silver 200 programming package with locals?
A: This customer would be required to pay $57.99 for the DishDVR Advantage Classic Silver 200 package, the $5.00 TV2 Receiver Connection Fee for the 322 model receiver, and all applicable taxes upfront directly to
DISH Network. The customer would also be required to pay the $99 Activation Fee, a $100 Lease Upgrade Fee for the 625, and a $100 Lease Upgrade Fee for the 322 to the Retailer. That is a total of $361.99 plus
tax that must be paid before the account can be activated.


The foregoing (including, without limitation, brief description(s) of certain terms and conditions applicable to each of the Promotional Programs named in this Facts Blast) may be subject to applicable Business Rules and/or different terms and conditions of your Retailer Agreement with DISH Network L.L.C., formerly known as EchoStar Satellite L.L.C.
