5 tuners (4 receivers) on a 1000.2

I have a 622 hooked up via a Pro Plus Separator, and a 322 using the remaining two coax runs to the dish. In summary, 3 coax to the dish and 4 tuners. I have a legacy receiver I'd like to use in addition. Can I use a second Pro Plus Separator on the 322 to free up a coax to the dish and have 5 effective tuners? If not, what do I need? I've heard of using a DPP44 Switch, but that the switch is susceptible to burn out on a 1000.2 system. Help?

yep. Any dual tuner box can use the separator with the D1000.2

so youd have 3 lines 5 tuners

line 1 to a separator to the 622
line 2 to a separator to the 322
line 3 to a legacy receiver

Thanks for the quick reply! The DPP seperator does indeed work great. However, I now have a new problem. My legacy reciever is a Dish 3900, and when I first hooked it up everything went smothly. It found the Sat signals, and prompted me to update the software. I agreed to let it do so, and now I can't connect to anything. Doing a switch test, it finds the Sat signals and shows over 100% on 110 and 119. But, it never aquires a lock outside of the service menu. Just sits on finding Sat 0 of 5. Any ideas?

Ok, so now I'm fully functional. I found out that the 3900 is'nt truly compat. with pro-plus without an adapter. So I got luck and got a Dish 301 used for 21 bucks! It works great, with no other changes to my layout. So now I do have 5 distinct TV's setup on 3 physical boxes.
