1000.2 and switch

Hi there,

after years of cable I decided to go back to satellite again (dishNetwork).

I did some research what kind of dishes and switches are out there from/for DN.

I got a little bit confused after I saw the installation sheets for a 1000.2 and the DPP44. I can't figure out how this will work. There are 3(4) LNB's with 3(4) cables connected to the switch. Which will bring the signal down to 4 receivers or more when i cascade.
I thought i need at least 2 cables per lnb to the switch to get L/R (or H/V) separated by 18V/13V.

What is the magic behind the 1000.2 and the DPP44???

Thanks.
