My WMC PC is connected to a dishnetwork 322 box that is being used in another room. When i change a channel on my PC it also controls the tv in the other room. How can I split the cable from the room to my PC?

StevenS will become famous soon enough
It is a bit unclear. Can you say in what manner your pc is connected to the 322. i.e. which output of the pc is going to which input on the 322. Secondly do you have a satellite pc card in your computer. Thirdly are you intending on watching different channels in the two rooms. The 322 already has two tuners in it for two seperate room. How is the computer controlling the 322?

seems to me that you are using the wrong output (s-video) which is only used for tv 1 ...
use the composite video out (yellow) and the red and white connectors on the stripped lines (tv 2)...
that should solve your problem!
