Installer Uniforms

Where does a guy get some Dish Logo Merchandise such as tshirts, hats and or official uniforms. Direct stuff is easy to locate and purchase, but I can't seem to find Dish uniforms. Any help will be much appreciated!!

Be careful,... this type of official uniform should be used in a good intention (i.e. costume party)
