can I run the FortecStar off the Dish 1000+ Dish Pro Plus 44 Switch?
Have two dishes with the Fortec Star set up on a steel pole and Dish 1000+ set up on wall of house. My question is can I run the FortecStar off the Dish 1000+ Dish Pro Plus 44 Switch? I use the Fortec for FTA channels (Vietnamese) will I have to run another connection to a separate receiver? Right now run two receivers to separate rooms

Trying to get signal from the FTA dish to the Dish Pro Plus 44 Switch! and then to receiver. Thanks
If you have a 1000+ dish you already have four signal namely 110, 118, 119 & 129 going into the 44 switch.
Are you trying to remove one of this signal and connect the fta dish?
Yes want to try it but worried I could screw switch up! But as it has a motor would also have to have power going to it from switch. Thanks
