All the TP Freq. of this Sat is working and getting the channel . Except on TP 11728 and 11789 has a zero quality . Signal are about 75% and the rest TP Freq. quality is 49% quality.
Only 11728 and 11789 have zero quality. Why is that? I have a dish 1000 Plus
My 119 and 110 have a 78 signal and 75 quality.

75% is about the best you can get for 118.

um, what receiver are you using? Dish Network boxes don't have quality meters
