is Direcway available in Canada ?

live in the sticks in british columbia , canada. dial up really sucks and have interests for satelite internet. believe i have seen Direcway dishs w/ internet installed at local businesses for their debit card machines. i have several new 76cm starchoice dishes that could possibly be converted, with compatible lnbf.
