Directv problem HD locals

I have a diretv system that I'm having problems with.
I have the new Ka/Ku dish with two Mpeg4 H20 receivers, two HR10-250HDVR
receivers with the local TV antenna diplexed in and one RCA basic receiver
with the local antenna diplexed in. All receivers are connected to my
6/8 Zinwell WB68 multi switch.

The picture is freezing for 6 to 8 seconds on my H20 receivers on the HD local channels. I'm getting signal quality of over 95 on all three satellites and when I leave this menu on for a while I never see the signal drop. There are no trees blocking the dish. I've had directv out here several times but they can't find the problem. Has anyone else had this problem or can tell me what I can do to solve this. Could this be an interference problem ?
Thanks for any help...
