The New HR20-700, HR20-700S, and DirecTV Plus HD DVR

What is the difference between the HR20-700, HR20-700S, and DirecTV Plus HD DVR? Are these the same receiver?
- Yes these are the same receiver as far as I know. The official model # is HR20

Also, on the DirecTV website, I see the DirecTV Plus HD DVR is in black color, but the HR20 is silver???

- Black is not in production yet. The current color is silver only. No ETA on the black color.
