Install a Multiswitch on a multi-satellite system

I have a multi-satellite (3) DirecTV dish with only a 2 LNB output. I have a regular receiver and a Tivo DVR which can use 2 inputs. I would like to install a multi-switch so I can use both inputs on the Tivo. Many multi-switches say they don't support the multi-satellite dishes. Are their any that are known to work with this kind of dish? Is their any additional hardware that I will need?

I have direct tv , with 2 LNB,
WOULD LKIE TO BUY A SWITCH,
1 WHERE I COULD RUN 2 TV'S OFF OF ONE LNB.
2 WHERE i COULD RUNT 3 TV'S OFF THE OTHER LNB.

WHICH MULTI SWITCH DO I NEED, OR DO IN NEED 2 SWITHCES , 1 FOR EACH LNB.
