Need help with installation

I currently have the DirecTV 3 lnb HD dish. I have no problems with it. What I'm trying to do now is add another dish to pick up international programming. I have the dish with the 95 W lnb. My problem is I don't know how test the signal from the 95 lnb. I put in a 6x8 multiswitch with flex port and purchased a sf-95 signal meter. However, the signal meter doesn't do anything. Does the receiver, RCA DRD435RH support the 95 lnb? If so, is there a way to get the signal meter to show the status of the 95 lnb? Or is there a signal meter specifically designed for the 95 lnb. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.
