    Gems Television

    G-11 4079 h 2893 49/52/49.Scanned in another at 3760 h 27800,but nothing came in.Could be like FX or some of the sports channels and only scan in when they are in the clear,or that's the way they do on my receiver.Possibly data channel.

    Yep. It's a mux with a few of those Fox Sports channel feeds, which are encrypted. Most receivers will let you scan those in. You can't view them, they just scan in so you can see what the name is, and in case they ever go FTA they might just pop up. In this case, it doesn't do you any good, because the PMT doesn't list the A/V PIDs, so if it would save the channels, they wouldn't be viewable even if they went FTA since you'd have to scan again anyway to get the PIDS.

    I scanned another on the v side with 4020 v 27800 that does the same thing.
